Christmas Card Countdown: 1

Hi all!

It's getting to be that time when I start trying to decide the design for my Christmas cards to mail out. With that on my mind, I wanted to create a card using the new Textured Impressions Folder from the Holiday Mini, Petals A Plenty. (116824) This a BEAUTIFUL Impressions folder and perfect to add that special touch to holiday cards. The image is from the Level I Hostess Set in the Idea Book and Catalog, Holiday Best. This stamp was colored with markers and embellished with a touch of Dazzling Diamonds. The backing is two Designer Label Punched pieces of Old Olive. The olive print is from the Merry Moments DSP collection and the ribbon is Sleigh Bells (116795) also from the Holiday Mini.

All products from Stampin' Up!

Inklings:
  • You can make some great backings for stamped images using Stampin' Up! punches. Try using two of the same punch to create a unique mat.

  • Dazzling Diamonds is a fine, super sparkly glitter that can really add to a project. Use a Two Way Glue Pen to put it exactly where you need it. ( I did not get a great shot of the sparkly here, but it is on the stamped image and looks so pretty!)

Thanks for stopping by! --Lisa
