In "distress"...playing around with inks and stamps

Hi All!

I have been busy working on class projects ..it's been a little while since I posted!

This card is a little "out of the box" for me...that kind of card that just evolves as you go...ever make those kinds of cards?

I have been watching Jennifer McGuire's "Thinking Inking" video tutorials and used some of the distessing techniques she used as inspiration for this card made with Stampin' Up! products.

Supplies used:

Stamps: Medallion, Thoughts and Prayers, En Francais, Teeny Tiny Sentiments

Paper: Very Vanilla and Night of Navy CS

Ink: Night of Navy, Handsome Hunter, Really Rust, and Soft Suede Classic Stampin' Pads, VersaMark, Night of Navy and Handsome Hunter Craft Stampin' Spots, VersaMarker

Accessories: Gold and Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Sponge Daubers, Punches" Small Oval, 1/2" Circle, Tag Corner, Crop A Dile, Linen Thread, and a piece of a "Join in the Cheer" Sizzlit for masking

Thanks for stopping by!--- Lisa
