Dare to Be Fabulous

This card features the sentiment from one of my favorite sets on the Stampin' Up! retiring list, Fabulous Flowers. This was a Featured Stamper CASE for a week toward the end of November. Ebethnue has a fabulous gallery, and this card with the cut patterned paper behind the stamped image caught my eye.

I changed the color scheme, patterned paper, layers, and used ribbon rather than a flower as an accent.
