Kristina's 50th Color Inspiration Challenge is an awesome combo! Colors to use were Brown, Red, Yellow, Turquoise, and White. I "translated" that into the SU! colors of Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Summer Sun, Tempting Turquoise, and Whisper White.
My base is Chocolate Chip Textured CS--love that stuff..so rich!-- and the sentiment is included in the Level 3 Hostess Set, Loop to Loop Rub Ons. My flowers ( from Eastern Blooms stamp set)were stamped on the cardstock using the same color ink. I then used the Direct To Paper technique and applied more ink to each cut out bloom. I wanted to achieve a velvet look for the blooms...not as evident in the photo but IRL, esp the Real Red blooms which are stamped on Textured Cardstock.
The Designer Paper is from the Good Morning Sunshine Collection and border punched with the Scallop Border Punch and then pierced. The white satin ribbon is from the Occasions Mini Catalog.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great Friday!---Lisa
