Clean and Simple

My mom has recently started stamping and has joined one of my clubs that meet monthly in my home. She is just getting started "gathering" supplies. Her order this month included a Heat Tool and Scallop Edge Punch from Stampin' Up! I have been working on card samples that she can easily replicate with the paper and tools that does have. (By the way, one of her first purchases was all 48 Many Marvelous Markers!)
This card has a clean, simple design that uses two colors plus a neutral and some of that fabulous taffeta ribbon. I used craft ink to stamp the sentiment and embossed with Clear EP. You can't tell from the photo but it really makes it pop! The embossed image on the card base really adds the perfect finishing touch. What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by!--Lisa
